Mortal Combat + Fluctuator seems like a fun premise for a deck. Ideally you can cycle for free to mill yourself and trigger the alternate win condition. Barring that, win normally through synergy / interaction. My playtest simming is seeing the alternate win condition being hit turn 7 - 14, around turn 10 or 11 on average.

Fluctuator + Bone Miser is super powerful in here and the main combo. If the opponent doesn't remove it right away then you can likely cycle through the whole deck into Mortal Combat + the win con. Cycling lands for free gains for each land, and each creature cycled gives a Zombie to sac to keep fueling the draw engine.

Marauding Mako can get beefy super quick if played early followed by lots of cycles. Drannith Stinger can also just plink the opponents to death with enough cycles.

Unburden & Intimidation Tactics slow down the opponent early on, and synergize with the cycle game plan.

Archfiend of Ifnir has solid potential to board wipe the opponents paired with lots of cycles. Expunge can also help with targeted removal.

Dockside Chef can help cycle through excess Fluctuator since there are x4 in the deck.

Initially I was running some Vampire Nighthawk since it's such a good card but cut it to accelerate the win condition. I may end up adding them back later if I ever get around to play testing in real life, as the deck doesn't have much Lifegain or any Flying without them.
