This is my take on Sultai. I'm not going full delve because i feel like there wouldn't be enough cards to go around to every delve card. So I left delve with with conditions. Empty the Pits Sidisi, Brood Tyrant Necropolis Fiend Nemesis of Mortals are the only cards that use the graveyard and they don't take that much away from each other so you can make big investments on them. The other cards are big creatures to smash faces, removal, or ways to get cards in the graveyard.
