i am sorry that this deck exists, nobody should build this, i should not have spent any time assembling this. this is what you play when you no longer wish to have friends.

the combo is anvil+leovald+ensnaring bridge, effectively denying your opponent the ability to play magic. the win condition, if they do not concede, will be very slowly building up an army of 2/2's with waste not. the rest of the deck exists as a tool box to protect/assemble the lock.
