What about taking off 3x Outrider of Jhess and 1x Stormcaller's Boon for 4x Steel of the Godhead?
I have a similar deck, it is pretty fun!

For a voltron deck, you have many creatures, a fair amount are sub-optimal. Using creatures that have exalted, or exalted + some useless ability is detrimental for what you are probably aiming for. These are the biggest offenders: Akrasan Squire Aven Squire Dawnray Archer, Ethercaste Knight Frontline Sage, Guardians of Akrasa, Outrider of Jhess, Rhox Bodyguard Rhox Charger, 3 three "sigiled" creatures, and Waveskimmer Aven. That is 13 creatures. You will want more interaction with-- and defense against-- your opponent(s). Swords to Plowshares, Krosan Grip, Aura Shards, Dispel, Stifle, and Rootborn Defenses are all cards to consider. For buffing rafiq, Berserk is a near must, the sword of x&y cycle (however many you can get), and the Sovereigns of Lost Alara+Eldrazi Conscription are also near musts.

Hey man, thanks for the input! I've been looking for things to replace Outrider of Jhess and Hada Spy Patrol for a while, but I might for for Dauntless Escort or Qasali Pridemage. Guardians of Akrasa is a little UP, I know, but I'm trying to keep as much Exalted in the deck as I can. I suppose Knight of New Alara is a better choice though, even if the curve is a little higher. And actually, I've been thinking about Medomai the Ageless since I first built the deck! The only thing is, I don't know how much good it actually does me, since really all I need to swing with is my General anyway, you know?

Hey, cool deck! However, some of your creatures seem a little underpowered, such as Outrider of Jhess, Guardians of Akrasa, Hada Spy Patrol or Bant Sureblade. You could replace them with Whirler Rogue, Neurok Invisimancer, Medomai the Ageless, Master Biomancer, Knight of New Alara or Heliod's Pilgrim. All of them look like they could be great in your deck.
If you want any more pump or protection effects, take a look at Sigil of Valor, Llanowar Reborn, Pentarch Ward, Unquestioned Authority.
