I am currently making a similar ramos deck, with my inspiration being the band lands: Adventurers' Guildhouse Cathedral of Serra Mountain Stronghold Seafarer's Quay Unholy Citadel. I think if you are running commander tribal, these are amazing additions if you dont mind teaching everyone you play with a new mechanic lol

Back again this week with the same deck. Definitely had good revisions due to comments last week and am hoping to replicate that.
General Overview: Captain Sisay + Adventurers' Guildhouse & Cathedral of Serra + Tample = An actually feasible banding deck.

Hey sorry for the late response was at work and finally had time to look over your deck.Looks like a lot of fun Sisay has always seemed like an awesome commander!
You already have Elesh Norn so why not add in Natural Affinity for ultimate land kill which would essentially be an instant win 2 card combo.
Azusa, Lost but Seeking is amazing and will ramp better than anything else in your deck so far.
Dark Depths is brutal and combos with Solemnity
Cathedral of Serra and Adventurers' Guildhouse give all your legendaries banding which is super annoying to deal with!
World Queller + Drownyard Temple is another combo that I have to encourage you to at least play test!

As far as your fetching goes, Sapseep Forest and Mistveil Plains are easy and useful substitutes. I know you're going for a legendary theme, but Knight of the Reliquary would be too good here, especially if you added some lands like Adventurers' Guildhouse, Emeria, The Sky Ruin, or Gavony Township. I also recommend Yomiji, Who Bars the Way, for insurance, and Ajani, Mentor of Heroes for some extra card advantage.

I love this theme for a deck :)
I would personally add Budoka Gardener to the deck - his flip condition is very easy and he's good both early game and late game.
Since you are playing all legendary - Konda's Banner seems like an auto flavor include :)
Im also kind of a fan of Nemata, Grove Guardian with your ability to make so much mana this gives you something to do with all that mana every turn other then just Oviya and combo's decently with another legend Verdeloth the Ancient
From a flavor perspective you could also choose to play Hero's Blade and Adventurers' Guildhouse though im not sure how into that you would like to go

Modern Mono-Red Mill

I understand that Red isn't good at mill, but that's not the point of this deck. It's like building a deck based around Deep Water or Adventurers' Guildhouse. I did it solely to prove that a mono-Red deck could play mill. Actually making a deck that could consistently win was not a priority. Still, thanks for the feedback.

I do know a few terrible cards though ...
- Moonlace (though I love the artwork).
- Wood Elemental
- Aysen Highway and Hidden Path
- Dispersing Orb
- Takeno's Cavalry
- Razor Boomerang
- Camel
- Rakalite
And a few that could be fun(?) depending on the other cards in your Cube ...
And you just gotta run the Band Lands: Adventurers' Guildhouse; Cathedral of Serra; Mountain Stronghold; Seafarer's Quay; and Unholy Citadel
