Looking for a blue spell that searches opponents deck

So I am looking for a blue spell that allows you to search your opponents deck and play one of their cards. I am assuming it is a high costing blue sorcery/instant spell.

Extract is brilliant. You can even use it as an upgraded Demonic Tutor to go get Eternal Scourge if you're playing Food Chain combo.

TheDevicer Manipulate Fate exists. For 1 mana more you get to draw a card, and exile 3.

You only need to exile one card for the effect to be worthwhile on your end and Manipulate Fate doesn't allow you to exile something from other people. Just the utility of shuffling someone's Imperial Seal target away is great and that's not even mentioning how awesome it is to exile combo pieces.
I don't exactly think it's the best card in cEDH where I don't even run it, but I love it at lower level play where combos are a problem. If I just hit Food Chain, 95% of prossh decks I've run across at shops can no longer combo you out. That's a huge deal.

You can also, you know, run both LeaPlath :P
Along with Foresight.
Most prossh decks that I've seen will be packing a Xenagos, God of Revels for the otk as a backup plan. That usually does pretty good work.
That being said I play in a more middle of the road meta.

Bribery gets a creature. Acquire gets an artifact. Jace, Architect of Thought gets anything.
