Help me build a deck with Chronatog and Stasis for Tiny Leaders

Hi,I got to know of this combo (Chronatog + Stasis) a while ago and I want to build a Tiny Leader deck with it, since that is the format I often play. Now, to do this, I would need help finding a deck type that fits with the combo and other cards suitable for a deck like that. I thought that mill might be where to put the two cards, but Ill be more than happy to hear other ideas. Something I have found interesting for a long time is lockdown synergies so that might also be something.
One card that I guess would work well is Orb of Dreams to lock the opponent entierly. The win could come faster with cards like Howling Mine.

Dictate of Kruphix Fevered Visions helps drawing. As for Milling Jace BelerenGrindclock Sands of Delirium Jori En, Ruin Diverhas a big draw mechanic as being a commander. My deck is a couple cards shy of being a draw/defend/mill tiny leaders. Jori Red Blue

Thank you for your suggestions! I tried to start building a deck (didnt get how to link properly but Ill do like this: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/chronatog-3/?fmt= ) and what I can see is that it is pretty slow, without being able to defend itself. Any ideas on how to fix this? More cards like Propaganda? It would be great if we could figure out a way to get the key cards faster or perhaps some alternative win conditions.Im thinking of splashing in with wich might help?

Stroke of Genius helps draw a lot of cards. Skyscribing can be a big help but downfall your oppenent(s) also draw as well

Instead of Fog Bank try Guard Gomazoa so you can deal damage and prevent any to him. Or if you were looking for another defender try Wall of Resurgence he also makes a land and elemental creature that still is a land

Reflector Mage could work as a nice bounce creature mechanic that won't come back for a minimum of two turns

You will want simmetrical effects for sure in order to win. Mesmeric Orb and Howling Mine and Iron Maiden and Worry Beads go great with this as win conditions. Vendilion Clique is probably the best commander for this. Meditate will also do.
Fill the rest with counterspells and draw.
