Commander Deck Help forum

So I’ve started to make a Queen Marchesa deck mostly centered around pillow fort with stuff like Ghostly Prison and Koskun Falls as well as token build up with Assemble the Legion and Skyline Despot . I have yet to play test it and hope to give it a few games soonish, but I would like some insight on the deck and see what others think about it.

The deck looks pretty solid to me. I would probably add Archangel of Tithes , Windborn Muse and maybe Gisela, Blade of Goldnight . You may also consider Luminarch Ascension . If you build your pillowfort you can get free angels with that.

If you are building the deck for a pillow fort only group like it says in the deck description, I don't know how well the tokens will do. Kinda shut down by Ghostly Prison and Crawlspace . Otherwise, the deck feels solid, maybe cut Sunforger for Wear / Tear ?

Deck looks solid. Maybe add a Windborn Muse for the pillowfort effort.Might want to add a few wraths maybe. I second the idea of Gisela, Blade of Goldnight . Anyways looks like a solid deck.

I third Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and second Luminarch Ascension as I think you need to add a little more punching power to the deck.

Some other pillowfort options you could consider are Blazing Archon , Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs , and Windborn Muse .

Glacial Chasm is also great since you run a decent amount of life gain.

You also have enough enchantments to run Sphere of Safety .

Thanks for all the tips. What do any of you think should be removed from the deck for some of those cards?

Hmmm, personally I think you would be fine cutting Call the Gatewatch (you don't run that many PW's). You could also consider cutting the Vow's. I have always loved the idea of those cards but I have never seen them perform up to expectations.

I am also mildly curious. Based on your deck description, is everyone playing pillowfort?

Hi_diddly_ho_neighbor Yes we plan to play a few games where everyone plans to use a pillow fort style deck.
