General strategy is play cheap creatures, enchant with magemarks to get them all with +1/+1, bestow for extra effects, plus with Necromancer's Magemark if a creature that's been bestowed dies, the bestowed aura becomes a creature and the creature that died gets returned to the hand ready to be bestowed again. Rinse and repeat. Win condition is probably just damage from the Eidolon of Countless Battles dealing high damage and being unable to be blocked through Infiltrator's Magemark.
