This is my take on a RW based Heroic Deck with Akros theme.The idea is to put out some pressure early on and when the Heroic creatures start hitting a wall, finish the game with burn spells.

Favored Hoplite, Akroan Crusader and Kytheon, Hero of Akros   for some first turn Drops, Akroan Crusader + Kytheon, Hero of Akros synergize well to trigger the flip effect via some tokens.

A Heroic Deck without Phalanx Leader is out of question.

Cavalry Pegasus and Archetype of Courage are in for some evasion if needed

and Anax and Cymede is just a good creature on its own for the cost.

For Spells there is Coordinated Assault and Ordeal of Purphoros to trigger the Heroic effect, Gods Willing and Boros Charm save our creatures in addition to the Heroic trigger.

Lightning Helix gives us next to Boros Charm and Ordeal of Purphoros some nice Burn. I know Lightning Bolt would normally be an auto include but I like the lifepoint side effect more.

Finally Temple of Triumph and Browbeat give us some steam to keep going if the opponent doesn't want to lose more lifepoints.
