Defender Ramp, Pauper edition!

Axebane Guardian + Overgrown Battlement provide the main fuel for dropping huge creatures early.

Ulamog's Crusher Annihilator is difficult to deal with, especially early in the game.

Havenwood Wurm not only has Trample but also Flash, making it a neat trick.

Vent Sentinel and Disintegrate are the other win conditions. Vent Sentinel to take my opponent down 4-5 life every turn and with multiple Overgrown Battlements or Axebane Guardians it's really not hard to Disintegrate for 17+.

All of those are misleading though, Sprout Swarm is the true wincon, as I'm easily able to cast it with Buyback three times a turn when this deck goes off. Nobody can defeat that many Saprolings coming at that rate.
