Remember Mono-U Devotion from a year ago? Well, Shorecrasher Elemental from DTK helped bring it back! When Collected Company was also spoiled, I knew it had to fit in a devotion deck somewhere, but I discovered that Mono-G had too many high-end drops, and Mono-R, Mono-B, and Mono-W were already pretty weak, so I gave this deck a try.
