Based on a list by Kevin from Gathering Magic / Rogue Deckbuilder, this is a Gift deck variant that wins through life drain instead of combat damage.

The basic plan is to loot and mill, chump block, get God-Pharaoh's Gift online, eternalize a Marionette Master, probably at 7/7, then bury 2-3 artifacts to drain for lethal. Gate to the Afterlife, Walking Ballista and Hope of Ghirapur can all kill themselves and a Metalwork Colossus in the grave lets us sacrifice any two artifacts. Treasures would be super useful, obviously, but honestly all cards that provide treasure are really really terrible and would probably lose us games before the extra artifact became relevant.

Vizier of Many Faces is a budget substitute used here as a 20 cent copy of our opponent's The Scarab God / Hostage Taker since everyone and their dog is running those cards now and they would obviously be epic in the deck. But she plugs into our graveyard strategy well with her built-in reanimation. Against non-creature decks we can still copy our own stuff and even get more value than a real Hostage Taker would.
