Okay this is not a complete deck yet, this is the bare bones of a turn 1 mill deck, need to fill out the rest with help.

Turn 1 mill

Play any of the lands that have the option to come in untapped and play fastbond. Then do the same for hedron crab. Then, once this is set up, continuously bounce simic growth chamber until the opponents are milled out. In the event your first two lands cost life to get going, you may not be able to mill your opponent completely without dying yourself, so you have access to some lifegain lands aswell as Jaddi offshoot to counteract the damage

Card choices

Because the deck is so specific and can the combo can be set up at any turn, the rest of the deck only needs to be fillers, specifically card draw and control. As for the sideboard we are looking at graveyard hate (specifically leyline of the void) against emrakuls, progenitus and the like.

Our main control consists of some simple removal such as disperse that can be played cheaply, and counterspells that are also cheap, starring pact of negation as the main attraction as we win next turn anyway so the Mana does not need to be payed, and in the crazy event it does have to, we already have a tonne of Mana readily available to us.
