Thanks man, I built it as a bit of a joking around deck but then it started getting really good so I made it competitive

Hay, thanks for the follow, I figured I better give one in return! Actually though in all honesty after looking at some of your decks I am quite convinced that you are just a all around better deck builder then I am.
Your Primordial threats deck looks fun AF, and I may just have to try it out in the near future. :P

I think Inventors' Fair could be handy in this deck for some added lifegain and an eventual tutor

I reckon you could splash green and add some strong ETB triggers such as Craterhoof Behemoth, because mana ramp isn't as much as problem because you are able to control the board for long enough. This would give your boomerangs double value which can be handy. Also, Elite Arcanist is handy for keeping your boomerangs

I made this deck as a muck around deck but then it started showing promise. Its supposed to be a mix between pillow fort and death and taxes whilst having some hard control and beatdown

Maybe some more ramp such as Everflowing Chalice or something like purphoros as some added burn but otherwise great deck +1

: Replace all instances of "each" or "target" on target spell to "target" or "each". If you change an instance of "each" to "target", that spell's controller may choose a new target for the copy.
Well you certainly made that look pretty on paper

I think that's portuguese and translated correct

Okay I see what you mean with Sphinx Sovereign so I moved him to the side, taking out celestial dawn. In its place on the mainboard I added Coalition Relic, as it synergises well with Unwinding Clock as well as being a good 2 mana clock.

Thank you for the comment, I actually considered already every single card that you have suggested, and will add them to my notable exclusions section of my primer.
Yes I know that I can create mana outside my Colour identity, hence exotic orchid, Celestial Dawn, and Chromatic Lantern for example. The cards suggested are good, yet only City of Brass and Mana Confluence even came close to being added, but there was just better options available. For the others they were too costly mana-wise whereas Chromatic Lantern is equal CMC to Cultivator's Caravan except boosts my lands. A 5/5 body is not something I need desperately, especially since I have little low mana creatures to crew it.
As for Sharuum the Hegemon, she/he/it was in the deck, but wasn't playing as well as I had hoped, as there just wasn't enough synergy such as mana eggs or other sac outlets. Sphere of safety is good, but at 5 mana, it's often not as good as a propaganda, and I am able to tutor up propaganda and ghostly prison with Zur the Enchanter, which actually happens far more often than one would think. As for the gearhulks, cataclysmic hurts me way too much especially considering most of my combos are 2 enchantments or 2 creatures, not a muddle. Noxious gearhulk doesn't make the cut since it does not have flash, which I feel would really accelerate its value. Also a 5/4 body that MIGHT gain me life is not an option I'm willing to consider for 6 mana. Torrential nearly made the cut but ultimately once I played a tutor for my combo pieces I didn't need to play it again, as I would usually tutor Diabolic Revelation with any of the other tutors and then ramp into a 7 mana diabolic for two combo pieces.
As for your easy cuts, anticipate is my favourite draw spell, me and him have a special bond that cannot be separated. I love anticipate, 2 mana to clear out my top deck AND get one of the cards is really handy for setting up combos and disallowing players. Sphinx sovereign is one of my finishers, as I can tap it with Grand Architect to start dealing damage, or I can attack with it to get in a whopping 9 damage. As for the other cards they are all my tax cards which I need in this deck to close it out. Decree of Silence and Choice of Damnations are my babies as well, I love them and they fit in so well. Also decree combos with Solemnity which was actually the combo that made me want to make this deck.
You also mention mana fixing being a problem with all the high mana cards. In case you did not realise, I run 40 lands with 9 mana rocks AND an infinite mana combo. Never in any game I have played has mana fixing ever been a problem.
Thank you for the comment but maybe look through the primer before commenting.

I don't think its worth playing legacy just for rofellos when there is better ramp options available even in modern such as the recently released Growing Rites of Itlimoc (flip: itlimoc, cradle of the sun)

Yes speed, yes fast, yes strong, no cards!
What I see missing is simple card advantage. By smashing out so many cheap artifacts and equipping them for so little, you leave yourself with too much mana at hand, being a wasted resource. What I recommend adding is Sram, Senior Edificer to make the number of equipments you have increase dramatically, and then reduce the number of each of the swords and increase variance in which equipment you include, because having multiple of each keyword ability is useless and is wasted space.
Considering you are playing voltron, a format I have played previously (check out my Wait a second, Cats don't have opposable thumbs? deck), you either want more trample options, or Rogue's Passage to slide in the winning damage.
As for equipment recommendations I strongly recommend Moonsilver Spear, Argentum Armor and Captain's Claws. There is severe underestimated power in playing a mixture of go wide and go tall deck, which voltron has the option of doing so well.

I know you answered the pithing needle question, but by running Glissa, the Traitor you could fetch a graveyard needle if you need to, plus you could begin running more artifacts that synergise, also you need counter-graveyard hate such as Grafdigger's Cage or Relic of Progenitus
