With Retribution of the Ancients or Ooze Flux you can remove the +1 counters and with Hardened Scales those counters are extra effective.

sacrifice outlets like Yahenni, Undying Partisan , Blasting Station, and Mycoloth will ensure that your undying creatures actually die.

Grim Haruspex allows you to draw the necessarry cards to keep on enforcing your army of the undead.

How do you win? Keep on boosting your low cost army , fed by the counters, while killing of the defense of your opponent.

Yahenni, Undying Partisan will keep growing, he probably wont hit your opponent but a growing in strength creature is something they'll have to deal with.

Mycoloth can produce a good amount of 1/1 tokens .

Retribution of the Ancients and Blasting Station are effective removals of key cards. When you sacrifice a creature with undying through blasting station, blasting station untap and ready to shoot again.

A weak point is a low number of flying in the deck. skirsdag highpriest helps a bit with this.
