This deck is designed to lock the board with counters and bounce effects,while drawing through my deck to get more control tools and to find more creatures, who will ultimately poke the opponent to death.

CARDS:

• Spire Golem comes out cheap and provides evasive damage.


• Ninja of the Deep Hours is massive card advantage, and helps with poking the opponent to death.


• Cloud of Faeries makes a great "unblocked attacker" for Ninja of the Deep Hours, and is free to play. It isn't uncommon to bring more than one out on turn two.


• Spellstutter Sprite is an evasive creature and a counterspell, all in one, plus it has amazing synergy with Ninja of the Deep Hours.


• Delver of Secrets   is here for more help with poking. It's not hard to transform either, with almost half the deck being instants or sorceries .


• Brainstorm, Ponder, Preordain, and Halimar Depths are all here for card advantage, as well as to help cycle through the deck quicker.


• Snap and Vapor Snag are here as bounce effects, Snap is free, and Vapor Snag helps with the poking.


• Counterspell and Deprive as my counterspells.
