Use Whir and Fabricate to get Thopter Foundry and Sword of the Meek, then just make a bunch of thopters using Thopter Foundry and sacrificing Sword of the Meek.

The reason for the black mana is so that you can cast Time Sieve, as long as you have 5 mana you can go infinite turns.

You could probably also just buy 1 Sword of the Meek if you really wanted to save money. You could also throw out Time Sieve and some other junk from the sideboard to save money.

Feel free to comment. Still need a sideboard, thinking about putting in white exile cards to switch out with the counter magic.
