This is a very direct deck, so you have to play it very directly! Play instants like Lightning Bolt (and such) in combination with Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh  , Firebrand Archer and/or Guttersnipe, and you're in business!!! Against creatures, just combine Lightning Bolt (and such) with Weaver of Lightning (for the damage) and Soul-Scar Mage (to turn the temporal damage into permanent -1/-1 counters), and you're good to go!
