A budget Standard deck focusing on Supernatural Stamina, getting the most out of it with good ETB effects and sacrifice outlets.
Because Supernatural Stamina is just a 4-of, it means we will not see it in every match. Without it, this is a just typical monoblack beatdown deck with some value creatures; so don't expect it to be a tier 1 deck.
With Stamina, however, this deck can become a monster to deal with. First of, your creatures are difficult to kill because you basically run the black variant of Blossoming Defense. What's worse, this is almost like a Panharmonicon deck in that it focuses on good ETB effects, and as such your creature spells are never just creatures. And with Stamina, you can redo those ETB effects when (A) your opponent kills your creature, (B) you sacrifice your creature.
Ravenous Chupacabra is probably the biggest winner here. It's a Murder on a stick; a stick which can come back from the dead. Gonti, Lord of Luxury is another great card to combo with Supernatural Stamina, giving you card advantage. Kitesail Freebooter, Dusk Legion Zealot, and Glint-Sleeve Siphoner aren't quite as exciting to Stamina, but they get the job done.
We have some sacrifice outlets:
Ruthless Knave
and Defiant Salvager. It comes to a personal preference how many and which one(s) you use in your deck; I used 4x Salvager and 3x Knave because Salvager costs 0 mana to activate. If you're not on a strict budget, Yahenni, Undying Partisan is probably the best sac outlet for your money; run 2x of her if you can in place of Salvager or Knave.
Finally, we have some kill spells. We ARE playing monoblack, after all. You can add some Fatal Pushes if you own them, but I wanted to keep this deck a relatively low-budget. You can substitute Hour of Glory with Vraska's Contempt while you're at it.
