Thanks everyone for the feedback, this is finally starting to be a deck I'm proud of. I now have all the shocklands in this bad boy, and every single sliver I want. I really only have a few rocks that I still want and a Taurean Mauler before the deck is exactly where I want it without dumping in several hundred more dollars for better lands.
Also Galerider Sliver over Winged Sliver - Costs 1 less mana

Tunnel Vision and Patriarch's Bidding / Living Death
just another way to bring out a lot of slivers. Tunnel Vision target Patriarch's Bidding mill your self and put a lot of sliver's into your yard. Then cast Patriarch's Bidding and bring them all out.

I'm running both right now because I always like to see flying. Are you thinking just Galerider Sliver ?

I love the idea of Tunnel Vision ! I'll start searching for some, thanks. I have a Living Death , right now it's not being run because I want to flip over my whole deck with Primal Surge at least once before I add other non-permanents.

Living Death is a good second choice, but i would recommend Patriarch's Bidding as far as searching for it with Tunnel Vision just because unless there's another tribal deck at the table, it give you a greater advantage.

You could add a Planar Portal . It will help you get you're Primal Surge faster. Oh and just for the fun of it, you can also add a Possessed Portal .

Have you considered the Ravnica Double-lands?
Azorius Chancery , Boros Garrison , Dimir Aqueduct , Golgari Rot Farm , Gruul Turf , Izzet Boilerworks , Orzhov Basilica , Rakdos Carnarium , Selesnya Sanctuary , Simic Growth Chamber
