This is a deck which I have physically. This is not a theoretical list which I want to build for perfection. Every card, set, foil, everything is what I have in my deck box. The idea of the deck is clear. It works as lifegain and tokens but the true beauty is the combo which is now even better than ever before.

Famished Paladin + Sentinel's Mark + Sorcerer's Wand

This combo wins the game, no way around it if you manage to get it off without any kind of counter. The perfect opening hand is 1x Famished Paladin, 1x Sorcerer's Wand, 1x Sentinel's Mark, and 4x Plains.

  1. Play a plains, cast Sorcerer's Wand

  2. Play a plains, cast Famished Paladin

  3. Play a plains, equip Sorcerer's Wand to Famished Paladin

  4. Doesn't even matter, enchant Famished Paladin with Sentinel's Mark during your main phase.

  5. Tap Famished Paladin to deal 1 damage to your opponent. Sentinel's Mark gives Famished Paladin lifelink so you gain 1 life, untapping Famished Paladin.

  6. Repeat.

Input is appreciated, but I will not change this list until the physical deck is changed.

Went 2-0-1. Round 1 I won in 2. Didn't get the combo off, but midrange lifegain worked out. Round 2 I won in 3. Lost game two because it was Simic Nexus and he got the cycle down. Round 3 I decided to draw for prizes but we decided to still play and I did win in 3.
