Want to fix mana...

I built this deck a few months ago for a themed tournament that never got to happen. However, it's really fun for me to play, whether or not it wins, so I keep playing it. I want all of the art to include at least one bird to fit the theme, but finding land is proving difficult. I'd like suggestions for land that fits the theme. Also, if you have any suggestions for the rest of the deck, I'll be fine with that as well, but I won't be as inclined to use that advice unless it makes the deck more fun for me. Thanks!

Oh yeah, some of the other cards also don't have birds in the art, so I'd like replacements for those if possible.
