I made a joke about this during a War of the Spark Draft while we were talking about Core 20 spoilers, and the table had a strong reaction against this deck, which is all the more motivation to brew it. It's not a strong deck really, and it honestly will never actually see the light of day, but the idea of it is insanely fun to me. Use Leyline to stall out and play a copy of Niv, use Niv to get as many cards as possible into your hand and play whatever you want. Bonus points if you can get a copy of Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God out and try to win that way.
