The monoblack version. In this case, playing only one colour gives more stability, at the same time it means losing a big amount of strength.

• Desert is playable because the colorless mana doesn't really hurts in a monoblack base.
• Cateran Persuader is a 4 copies of, because there aren't really good 2 CMC Changelings, and the BB costs doesn't hurt.
• Bojuka Brigand is the new big guy. Give it some time and it will be scary.
• Kalastria Healer adds reach and lifegain against burn.
• Skeletal Changeling is and endless chump blocker that can be tutored if needed
• Shepherd of Rot after you've gained life with Seraph Sanctuary Kalastria Healer and Morsel Theft and dealed damage with your 1/1 tutoreable army, this Shepherd can really guide the Changeling-sheeps to victory
