This is my mono blue wizard deck i have it for many years but recently i made some changes.Basically the deck is all about countering spells.As long as Patron Wizard is on the table and you control bunch of wizards you are in control.I added 4 Delver of Secrets   it's the only winning condition i could think at this point.He is so powerfull because you can choose when you want him to flip with Brainstorm or Sage of Epityr.I also have 2 Talrand, Sky Summoner for an extra out..Now for the sideboard i don't have a clue what will be helpfull.Arcane Laboratory? , Wash Out? Evacuation ? I really don't know.This is the deck any recommendations will be great thanks for stopping by.See ya
