Mono Blue tempo control for Guilds Standard.

With rotation, we lost Baral, Chief of Compliance , and it hurts the deck. I, however, think that mono blue can still work as a tempo deck with more of a wizards theme.

The biggest card changes from the Kaladesh Standard version is the addition of Wizard's Retort and Metamorphic Alteration . The deck relies a little more heavily on bounce spells to keep the board clear or the opponent's creatures permanently summoning sick.

The win-con is still Tempest Djinn , or, with the help of Metamorphic Alteration what ever big boy your opponent's playing.
