'ello! I wanted to make a deck based around the level-up abillity, but I found it to be expensive mana wise. That's why I put cards in with Proliferate, to "ramp" my level once they have one or two levels on them. Also, the Venerated Teacher is to reduce the mana cost to level creatures up, though this would only be beneficial with two or more level creatures on the battlefield. Please leave some suggestions below :)
