Novijen, Heart of Progress, Oran-Rief, the Vastwood Death's Presence, Evolution Vat, Vigean Hydropon and Vinelasher Kudzu I will have to reject due to me staying away from counter based monster's and buffs.
Although they net out the biggest monsters in the game I find that it does not occur at instant speed and relies on certain conditions to work optimally. This means counters, removals and wrath spells would slow or ruin my monster counter ramp. These big beaters usually also possess only great power and toughness and lacks utility and removal which could be crammed into monsters of similar power, toughness and converted mana cost.

Force of Will is a Staple for Blue EDH decks. 45 lands is far to many, you want 38-40. Breeding Pool, Misty Rainforest, Tropical Island, and Hinterland Harbor are all good cards for U/G strategies. Sol Ring is a must for any EDH deck. Jace, the Mind Sculptor and Garruk Wildspeaker are both very powerful walkers in EDH, and garruk has the added benefit of being cheap. Depending on your spell density, Snapcaster Mage could be very potent here, but atm he is going to be a dead draw way too often.
