I'm hoping to brew up a competitive Izzet Modern deck utilizing Adeliz, the Cinder Wind as a build around. I am looking for all the advice I can get, especially on sideboards.

Basic Primer

• Adeliz, the Cinder Wind is the main card in this deck, and it is what the rest of the cards build around, specifically her main ability. "Whenever you cast and instant or sorcery spell, Wizards your control get +1/+1 until end of turn."
• The first portion of this deck is the instants and sorceries. To maximize Adeliz's ability, I wanted to keep most of these spells in the 2 CMC or lower range. Cards like Lightning Bolt and Wizard's Lightning help buff the wizards and do damage themselves, knocking down our opponents life as quick as possible. Other spells like Serum Visions, Remandhelp remove or deny opponents threats and give me card advantage.
• The rest of my cards are Wizard Creatures. Stormchaser Mage, Snapcaster Mage, and Siren Stormtamer all have utility and work well with Adeliz's ability
