There was a recent MTG Goldfish video that did something similar with blue, but I think this is cleaner and easier to pull off.

The plan:

Reduce the casting cost of Grinning Ignus with Thornscape Familiar and/or Brighthearth Banneret. Then, filtering your mana to red with Manaforge Cinder or Skyshroud Elf, cast and recast Ignus for the win with Impact Tremors.

Alternatively, you use the unlimited mana the combo creates if you are able to reduce the cost of Grinning Ignus by to win with Kaervek's Torch.

If everything comes together just right, you can technically win by turn 4:

• Turn 1: Mountain, Manaforge
• Turn 2: Forest, Thornscape/Brighthearth or Tremors
• Turn 3: Mountain, Thornscape/Brighthearth or Tremors (whichever one wasn't played on Turn 2)
• Turn 4: Ignus, Ignus, Ignus, Ignus....
