nice deck. a couple more equipment might not be bad though. a card:Runechanter's Pike is always fun to put on the guy you're going to be attacking with. another card that could be good here is Infiltration Lens . that will at least make it so they can't just keep chump-blocking your exalted attacker. or if they do, at least you get cards.
I don't have too much of a problem with chump blocking. It happens, but I picked a good set of creatures to push through with- Tormented Soul is unblockable, Vampire Nighthawk has deathtouch + flying, Skirsdag High Priest can generate 5/5 demon fliers (doesn't happen too often though), and Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis has flying + sacrfice a creature. And Knight of Infamy has protection against white which is obviously good against white decks.

maybe try Mark of the Vampire so you can benefit from lifelink from non-nighthawk creatures.
Dark Favor would be fantastic for this!
