Hello All TappedOut Users!

I am trying to build a Modern Esper Dragons deck and I really need your help. The main reason it's Modern in the first place is so that I can include the Fate Reforged Dragons (and then I can include Obelisk of Urds) ;).

What I know is that Dragons are a big late game thing, so I need help developing an early game. Please, DO NOT suggest Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  ! Not in my budget! The Khans fetch lands maybe? but probably not. Other than what I have so far (in terms of what I have and can acquire), I don't have a big plan for this deck. Please give me suggestions (including SOI cards! Happy to get those!) so that this deck can be successful. Thank you!
