I wanted to create a wizard deck because I saw they had access to what's basically lightning bolt and counterspell and figured that had to be good. The idea here is to tempo out my opponent with efficient wizard spells in the form of Wizard's Lightning and Wizard's Retort or with the wizards themselves either by giving them all prowess thanks to Adeliz, the Cinder Wind or with the surprise value that flash offers.

Any thoughts on improvements I can make would be appreciated.

So far the deck has proved much more aggressive then I anticipated because the spells that keep the board clear also buff my creatures through prowess. I'm enjoying how quickly this allows me to end games.

Got to test the deck today and found it needed some tweaking. The deck ran much more aggressive then I was expecting but that wasn't a terrible thing since it was still decent and keeping the board clear of creatures. I found Opt was not enough card draw so I cut the 2 Glorybringers and a land for 3 Divinations and decided to swap 1 Naru Meha, Master Wizard for a 4th Adeliz, the Cinder Wind because that card is nuts. Finally, I cut another land due to my new lower curve bringing my land count to 22.
