My attempt to make a really fun Rakdos constellation based burn deck. I tried to keep it mostly Theros block, and CMC no higher than 4 with the exception of the Dictates. Suggestions should be based around that.

I'm a big fan of Mogis and have been trying to make as many feasible decks with him as possible. Enjoy.
