Added: 1x Consul's Lieutenant, 2x Mentor of the Meek, 2x Aegis of the Gods, 1x Plains, and 2x Intrepid Hero (sideboard). This adds up to a price increase of about $1.
Removed: 1x Gideon, Champion of Justice, 1x Hanweir Militia Captain Flip, 1x Thalia's Lieutenant, 1x Captain of the Watch, 1x Preeminent Captain, and 1x Forbidding Watchtower.
Note: The main picture has been changed from Captain of the Watch to Ballyrush Banneret, because I feel that Ballyrush Banneret impacts the deck more than Captain of the Watch does.
Note: The title has been changed from "Budget Mono-White Aggro Soldiers (Blitzkrieg!)" to "Budget Mono-White Soldiers (Blitzkrieg!)." The title was too long and became boring after a while.

Oops, I didn't see that you already had Field Marshal, sorry.
Personally, I'd get rid of some of your things with a CMC greater than 3, particularly Captain of the Watch with her cost of 4 (you're only running 20 mana). I'd sooner have more Boros Elites and more threat removal like Journey to Nowhere or more costly/useful Oblivion Ring.

Aegis of the Gods definitely. Also Intrepid Hero Sideboarded to get rid of fatties. Adaptive Automaton and the fairly expensive Field Marshal maybe. Also, I love Infiltration Lens and field 3 at least.
I'm a little bothered by your CMC; it seems a bit high for a tribe which is best played aggressively. Perhaps I'm being a too anal.
