My take on Bant hexproof auras. like all hexproof decks, the goal is to pump up those slippery little weasels ( or shall we say bogles?) and swing early and often.
lets run through some decktech.
Gladecover Scout
+
Slippery Bogle
the basics to any hexproof deck. drop them turn 1, even if it means shocking yourself. getting these guys out early lets you stack on enchantments turn 2 for some early game pain
Kor Spiritdancer while not as great a target for your aura's due to a lack of protection, spiritdancer provides solid card advantage throughout the game as you stack on all the cheap enchantments of the deck. against decks that lack removal, she is an incredibly heavy hitter when enchanted
Swan Song while not really the best card, at the end of the day, its a 1 mana counter to things such as Wrath of God Mutilate Geth's Verdict and pretty much anything else that can somehow kill your hexproof buddies. Gift of Immortality is also in the deck as an additional safety net against such spells.
Ajani, Caller of the Pride essentially, ajani is really here for his -3. drop him, give your hexproof buddy doublestrike and flying, and hammer in for a game winning strike
Arcanum Wings + Eldrazi Conscription
this is where my own personal touch on the deck is. while Arcanum Wings isnt all too powerful on its own, its the utility of the aura swap that makes it deadly if left unchecked. aura swap can let you run this entire deck using just blue mana, laying out boggle and swapping a storm if you're color blocked. but its with Eldrazi Conscription that Arcanum Wings truly shines. boggle or scout turn 1, arcanum turn 2, aura swap for conscription turn 3 and swing with an 11/11 trample annihilator 2 hexproof.
ideally, your opening hand should look something like Forest, Sunpetal Grove, and Breeding Pool /Hallowed Fountain as your land base with slippery boggle/ Gladecover Scout, Arcanum Wings, Eldrazi Conscription, and whatever you really want for your 7th card.
still working on a sideboard, but suggestions, critiques, and opinions are welcome
