DECK IS ALMOST FINISHED —Jan. 31, 2018
I currently own 44 out of 60 cards.
I had to remove Walking Ballista and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon currently because of my budget. I have replaced them with one more Solemn Simulacrum and one Steel Hellkite which, in my opinion, is really underrated.
Testing is still going on and I am glad to see that Mono-U Tron still does good in a lot of matchups.
I'll keep you updated!

SynergyBuild, Thanks for the compliment and the suggestions.
I did not add Karn Liberated because it is out of the reach of my budget at the moment.
Same thing for All Is Dust, which is easily replaced by Ugin and Oblivion Stone (kind of) as of now.
I do like Serum Powder, but I do not find a place for it in this deck as I don't know what to remove, possibly.
Remember to +1 if you liked, as it helps me to gain visibility and get more useful suggestions such as yours for this deck! :)

SynergyBuild, ah well, I have a playset of Serum Visions in my binder. After some testing I will see if I should include it or not.

Ok, I upvoted, and I want to talk over the landbase, for one, 25 is a lot of lands, and then effectively 6 land tutors (2xTrinket Mage to find the 4xExpedition Maps) seems a bit much.
This is your landbase:
1x Academy Ruins
2x Ghost Quarter
10x Island
4x Urza's Mine
4x Urza's Power Plant
4x Urza's Tower
Here is the one I came up with:
1x Academy Ruins
1x Gemstone Caverns
6x Island
1x Oboro, Palace in the Clouds
1x River of Tears
1x Ghost Quarter
1x Tolaria West
4x Urza's Mine
4x Urza's Power Plant
4x Urza's Tower
You could even up the number of Tolaria Wests included, as they are perfect for tron!
You might want to drop a single copy of Trinket Mage for a Chalice of the Void or Supreme Will/Gifts Ungiven, but that is about all the time I have to work with this deck for a little while, good luck!

The River of Tears is so you don't have to pay as much for Dismember

SynergyBuild, first of all, thanks for the dedication you are showing towards my deck!
Might I know the utility of Oboro, Palace in the Clouds? As I never understood how can the 1 mana effect be useful to my deck.
River of Tears is really interesting and I will definitely consider it, because of the Dismember. Same for Tolaria West as it can tutor Urza's lands and Hangarback Walker.
Not very sold on Gemstone Caverns, though.

Oboro works with hitting a land drop with River of Tears, they combo with each other, Gemstone Caverns is ramp, or a second free land turn one at the cost of exiling a card from hand, you might not want it, but I have found it helps for non-colorless tron decks, as they want to drop tron lands on the first three turns, leaving little room for them to actually get colored mana.

Solemn Simulacrum can also get blue for you. Batterskull in this deck can barely even be destroyed (You have the mana to bounce him normally).

SynergyBuild, I guess I will test a bit more before buying every piece, then.
Thanks again!

"[DESCRIPTION IN PROGRESS]"?
Also I like the deck, but Karn Liberated, All Is Dust, and Serum Powder seem like auto includes that were missing.
