Homeowner Thelon of Havenwood started smelling something funny coming from his basement so he went to check it out and there was all kinds of fungus growing all over down there, and they were spitting out saprolings left and right. He was just going to call someone to come take care of the problem but he changed his mind when the saprolings started calling him "Mama". He's been caring for them ever since, and they've been caring for him. Nothing can come between their love.

This deck is best for long-games, it can be tough to get started but once you have some fungus in play and you start spitting out saprolings it can get pretty overwhelming for your opponents. Thelon of Havenwood pumps up all the fungus in play, while Deathspore Thallid can be used to wipe out an opponents field. Overrun is game. Lumberknot is thrown in as a fun way to take advantage of all the sacrificing of saprolings going on.
