Red:
- Akoum Battlesinger is like a hasty Oran-Rief Survivalist on turn 2, and is obviously far better than survivalist late game. I'm willing to sacrifice board presence for quick damage, especially since this deck can't really afford to go into the late game - needs to win quickly. Also, bonus synergy with Drana.
- Lightning Bolt is cheap removal or a game finisher. Helps when you get in almost enough damage early game but can't quite get there with combat dmg.

White:
- Hada Freeblade is the best 1-drop in the deck and a great starter.
- Kazandu Blademaster is probably the best 2-drop in the deck. First strike AND vigilance make this guy a solid attacker that stays open to make solid blocks.
- Kabira Evangel is a perfect example of what you want to hit with CoCo. Saves your board for a lethal swing when your opponent's tapped out. Can also be used to get through blockers if hard cast.
- Lantern Scout is a solid card against burn or just for general advantage when used to follow up a t1 Freeblade and t2 Battlesinger.
- Path to Exile is a staple for a reason. Great removal for larger dudes.
- Selfless Spirit is another example of a card we want to hit with CoCo. Saves from board wipes, mainly, but also has evasion.

Green:
- Collected Company is a combat trick and game finisher in one. The reason this deck runs Selfless Spirit and a playset of Kabira Evangel.

Black:
- Drana, Liberator of Malakir is far better than the Firemantle Mage that was originally in this slot. Needs a little bit of mana fixing, but it's well worth it to permanently pump everything.

Thinking of adding a playset of Cavern of Souls when I have some disposable income. Also considering Hardened Scales for additional synergy with Hada Freeblade. Kazandu Blademaster, and Drana.
