So this deck is all about speed and getting cards like Swiftblade Vindicator or Monastery Swiftspear out and boosting them. Deal with any blockers with the occasional Ride Down and than boost the heck out all your cards with Dynacharge and throw any other boost cards like titan's strength at your creatures to overwhelm and obliterate your opponents. Throw out a Feather, the Redeemed to let you get those boost cards like Dynacharge over and over again. If you want to spend some extra money replace your Boros Elite with Legion Loyalist as they give all your creatures trample so you can just go over all there defenses. Duel lands would be very helpful like Sacred Foundry or Sacred Foundry but because it's budget the 10 of each lands actually work pretty well for me. I'm really not so sure about whether or not to add Mass Hysteria. Many of the cards would already have haste, but it would help with getting Swiftblade Vindicator out and attacking much quicker. Please let me know if there are any improvements that you would make. I'm working on making this a competitive deck as well.
