This is a version of Bomat Red, a deck that's popped up here and there on MtGO and at an SCG Open or two. It's a creature based aggro deck that puts pressure on the opponent in a lot of different ways. Eidolon pressures cheap spells, Harsh Mentor pressures activated abilities, Rampaging Ferocidon pressures other creature decks and shuts off lifegain, while Molten Rain pressures their mana. Bomat Courier keep your hand full of threats and removal, or at worst your opponent wastes removal on a 1/1 while your other creatures punish them for playing the game and smash face. It's kind of like the intersection between the major red decks; Burn, Goblins, Skred, and Free Win Red.
