Please help me work on a casual, yet strong budget elves. I'm not interesting in the sideboard, yet. Not sure what the budget is, but let's try to get it well under $200, with a goal nearing $100, if possible.

Points have been made about the timeliness of Immaculate Magistrate. If I were to cut the card out or down in numbers, Joraga Warcaller and Taunting Elf pretty much need to leave, as well. If all these were to leave they'd be replaced by even more mana dorks and some lifegain such as Wellwisher and Essence Warden. Wellwisher, most definitely, due to the chance for untaps via Quirion Ranger, etc.

I'd like some thoughts on this, or maybe some other options. I'd actually like to find a low cmc enchantment that lets my creatures/perms able to use tap abilities upon entrance. Haste, basically. Concordant Crossroads is just a really big gamble, though.
