I have some cards for a mill deck and I wanted to add some improvements without destroying my like 200$ budget or so

I really don't want to get the fetch lands because it's like 300 for all of them in this deck or something like that. Most of my pre done upgrade ideas are in the Acquire board, and I also would appreciate some help on the mana base as having stuff enter tapped is super annoying rn.

I will run 4x Manic Scribe if I get the Mesmeric Orbs btw
