Got the idea from Programmer_112 a while ago.

Here's the idea: bounce your opponents lands for eternity. Not their creatures, but their lands.

I am keeping this pretty budget, I know that Snapcaster and Cryptic would all be quite nice. I would totally love some suggestions though!
