Sideboard

Out from the Forest and Swamp came the Elves.

Much like other Elf strategies, this budget deck uses a critical mass of Elves to create a win condition. In this case with Shaman of the Pack and Foul-Tongue Shriek . Dwynen's Elite , Elvish Visionary , and Sylvan Messenger generate card advantage to help fuel a steady stream of Elves onto the battlefield. Potential blockers and threatening creatures can be eliminated with Gilt-Leaf Winnower , Grasp of Darkness , or Ultimate Price . The sideboard provides the flexibility needed to counteract a variety of problematic opposition.
