This decks primary focus is to Proliferate counters and utilize modular creatures in order to use Triskelions instant speed ability to instantly smash somebody. This is another Multiplayer geared deck; however it would work alright as a one on one deck. It is a little slow which at this point I am not too concerned about.

As mentioned, the win condition is Triskelion. In a multiplayer game, its best to sort of hang out, and try to look like youre not really doing anything, slowly building up counters on Triskelion. Once he has a fair amount of counters on him, people dont particularly want to deal with him because you can use his ability in response to do damage to that player. Take advantage of the stack!

The Arcbound creatures in this deck are fairly straight forward. They come into play with counters that can be proliferated immediately, and those counters dont go away as long as you have other creatures on the board. Arcbound Reclaimer is great for getting any artifacts that you sacrifice or lose back into your control.

Throne of Geth has great synergy with modular creatures, especially when you want to get those counters on your Triskelion. Dross Scorpion fits in well here so you can use Throne of Geth multiple times in a turn.
