Unlimited combo with Mindcrank and Duskmantle Guildmage. Use Vapor Snag and Dimir Infiltrator to initiate damage, or Siren of the Silent Song to have each opponent put cards in their graveyards. Then, just trigger Duskmantle Guidmage's first ability so when a card goes into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, that player will take that much damage until end of turn. Mindcrank will make that player mill a card for each damage taken, which triggers the Guildmage's ability again, etc... Transmute Dimir Infiltrator to search for Mindcrank or Duskmantle Guildmage as needed.
