This is an experimental brew. The aim is to control the game until the opponent is in top-deck mode, now if we have an Isochron Scepter imprinted with Funeral Charm, Piracy Charm or Liliana's Triumph we can cast it during the draw step to prevent them from playing anything. You then close the game with Liliana, Dreadhorde General or Creeping Tar Pit. Welding Jar and Academy Ruins are protection for our scepter, the rest of the cards are to control the early game.

Main issue I found with my initial playtest is lack of protection from direct burn.
