I am currently working on a Somewhat Control Deck using R/G which in my opinion are the most straight forward of all the colors of magic.
Please let me know what you think on this.
Once I get a deck uploaded I shall post the link to the deck here.

Cobramustang is correct nothing vary good in green however if your trying to stay out of blue try Going red black control.
(R/B) Control cards Browbeat , Dash Hopes , card:Mages' Contest, Molten Influence , Withering Boon , Artifact Blast
Combo control cards Pyroblast , Red Elemental Blast & Burnout combo nicely with card:Painter's Servant & Distorting Lens
win condition and don't forget the Grindstone if your going to run the painter.

I do thank you for your comments and I see valid points for sure. So the deck being R/G would not be control thank you. R/B control can be dangerous for sure. Although I am working on a R/G deck.
The deck is working on Red Board Sweepers, With Greens Hydra's, and Regenerators as the Win Con.
I shall get the deck put together and you can comment on the deck better.

Here is what I have come up with so far. Any idea's on how to smooth it out would be great. I was also thinking of using Manlands for the wincon with Red sweepers and green fog effects to build a defense.
4x Copperline Gorge 4x Rootbound Crag 6x Forest 6x Mountain 4x Dread Statuary
4x Cerebral Eruption 4x Pyroclasm 4x Lightning Bolt 4x Fog 4x Leyline of Vitality 4x Chain Reaction
4x Protean Hydra 4x River Boa 4x Cudgel Troll

the only (standard) R/G control would be Land Destruction. You can go the Liquimetal Coating route or the Destructive Force route. Whichever one you chose, I'll help you finish.

I have a R/G Destructive Force Deck. I think its way to slow for todays standard though.

The best red green control is land destruction. It is the most direct and most devastating.
Example: Armageddon (Land Destruction)

green doesnt have access to cards that control the game very well. red has some removal but needs to deal with things on the stack
